Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9Ă—9-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, melt the butter. Stir in granulated sugar, followed by the eggs, mixing in the vanilla extract.
- Sift together cocoa powder, flour, and salt, and gradually add to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, testing with a toothpick for moist crumbs.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting into squares.

For a healthier option, consider using coconut oil instead of butter or almond flour instead of all-purpose flour.
