Description

Ingredients

1 cup sushi rice

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

1 tablespoon sugar

1 teaspoon salt

Fresh fish (tuna, salmon, or crab)

Avocado

Soy sauce


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Sushi Rice: Rinse sushi rice under cold water until clear. Cook according to package instructions (1:1.2 rice to water). Mix in rice vinegar, sugar, and salt after cooling.
  2. Fry or Prepare Wonton Wrappers: Fry in oil until golden or bake at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Assemble the Cone: Shape wonton wrapper into a cone, fill with sushi rice, and layer with fish, avocado, and cucumber.
  4. Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve immediately with soy sauce.
