1 box yellow cake mix
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
3 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup whole milk
2 cups chopped fresh strawberries
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, instant vanilla pudding mix, eggs, and oil. Mix until well blended.
- Gradually pour in the milk while mixing on low speed until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix the chopped strawberries with sugar and cinnamon.
- Pour half of the cake batter into the prepared dish. Spoon the strawberry mixture on top, and pour the remaining batter over it.
- Gently swirl through the batter to create a marbled effect.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- While the cake is baking, mix honey with warm water for the glaze.
- Drizzle the glaze over the warm cake once it’s out of the oven.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan before slicing and serving.
Notes
Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream for added indulgence.
