Ingredients

Scale

1 package Red Velvet Cake Mix

2 Eggs

1/2 cup Vegetable Oil

1 cup Powdered Sugar

4 oz Cream Cheese

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1/4 cup Cocoa Powder

2 tbsp Milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the red velvet cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Stir until you have a soft dough.
  3. Form tablespoon-sized balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until barely set.
  5. Cool on the baking tray for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  6. Roll warm cookies in a mixture of powdered sugar and vanilla.

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute eggs with flaxseed meal mixed with water. To reduce sugar, use erythritol instead of powdered sugar.
