Description

Ingredients

4 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup sugar (granulated or brown)

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 pinch salt

1 cup whole milk (or almond/coconut milk)

2 large eggs (or flaxseed meal with water for vegan)

½ cup unsalted butter (or coconut oil)

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until mixed.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and melted butter until smooth.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.
