Ingredients

1 can of Condensed Milk
2 tablespoons of Unsalted Butter
1/4 cup of Pistachio Paste
1/4 cup of Ground Pistachios
A pinch of Sea Salt
- 1 tablespoon of Cocoa Powder (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat until fully melted (about 1-2 minutes).
- Add the condensed milk to the melted butter, stirring constantly to combine.
- Stir in the pistachio paste until the mixture is uniformly green and smooth.
- Cook the mixture on medium heat, stirring regularly, until it pulls away from the sides of the pan (about 7-10 minutes).
- Add a pinch of sea salt and ground pistachios, stirring for another minute.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased plate and let it cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Grease your hands lightly with butter and roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
- Roll each ball in ground pistachios to coat.
- Serve in mini cupcake liners and enjoy!
