- Mini Cannoli Shells
- 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 cup Chopped Pistachios
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake cannoli shells if made from scratch, until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
- In a medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips and cinnamon.
- Using a piping bag, fill each cannoli shell with the ricotta filling.
- Dip one end of each filled cannoli into chopped pistachios and dust with powdered sugar.
Notes
Store unused filling in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Filled cannoli are best when consumed within 24 hours.
