Description

Delightful bite-sized cannoli filled with a creamy ricotta mixture, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • Mini Cannoli Shells
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Pistachios
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake cannoli shells if made from scratch, until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in mini chocolate chips and cinnamon.
  4. Using a piping bag, fill each cannoli shell with the ricotta filling.
  5. Dip one end of each filled cannoli into chopped pistachios and dust with powdered sugar.

Notes

Store unused filling in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Filled cannoli are best when consumed within 24 hours.
