Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and finely chopped Earl Grey tea leaves.
- Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Scoop mounds of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
