Ingredients

1 medium onion

4 cups vegetable broth

2 medium potatoes

1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Peel and roughly chop the garlic and onion. Wash and chop the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
