- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 cups Cornflakes
- 100g Semi-sweet Chocolate (chopped)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 100°C (212°F).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Beat the egg whites in a clean bowl on medium speed until frothy.
- Gradually add the sugar, one tablespoon at a time, beating until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in the vanilla extract and salt.
- Fold in the cornflakes and chopped chocolate carefully.
- Pipe small mounds onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for one hour until dry to the touch, then turn off the oven and let cool inside for an additional hour.
- Let the meringues cool completely on the baking sheet before serving.

For a vegan version, substitute egg whites with aquafaba. Ensure to store the meringues in an airtight container at room temperature to keep them crisp.
