  • Baking Powder, 2 teaspoons
  • Milk, 1 cup
  • Eggs, 3
  • Cocoa Powder, 0.5 cups
  • Red Heart Candy or Fondant, for surprise

Instructions

  2. Freeze heart candies while you prepare the batter.
