Honey or maple syrup, 2-3 tablespoons
Vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon
Chia seeds, 1 tablespoon
Sea salt, pinch
Dark chocolate chips (70%+), 1/4 cup (45 g)
Instructions
- In a food processor, pulse oats, dates, hazelnuts, almond butter, espresso powder, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, chia seeds, and salt until a sticky, cohesive dough forms.
