Description

  4. Beat the Egg Whites in a separate bowl until they form soft peaks.
  5. Fold Ingredients Together by gently incorporating the egg whites into the dry mixture with a spatula.
  6. Add Zest and Vanilla, incorporating them evenly into the dough.
  7. Shape the Cookies using a teaspoon or small cookie scoop to drop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake the Cookies for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden.
  9. Cool the Cookies on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.

Notes
