Instructions

- Roll out your thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon until combined.
- Sprinkle the sugar-cinnamon mixture over the pastry surface.
- Roll the pastry tightly from both edges to meet in the middle.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 10 minutes.
- Slice the chilled roll into 1/2-inch thick pieces.
- Arrange slices on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
