Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients, ensuring your mixing bowl and whisk are clean.
- Whip the egg whites on medium speed until frothy, then gradually add granulated sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
- Sift together almond flour and powdered sugar; gently fold into the meringue.
- Transfer batter to a piping bag and pipe small rounds onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Let rest for 30 minutes.
