Instructions
- Gather ingredients and slice the onions.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, add onions and salt, caramelize for about 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from heat, stir in thyme and cool slightly.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and roll out puff pastry.
