Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Spread pretzels evenly on the baking sheet without overlaps.
  4. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, then stir in brown sugar and salt. Bring to a gentle boil, stirring constantly for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
  5. Remove from heat and pour the toffee over the pretzels, ensuring each one is coated evenly.
  6. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, keeping an eye to prevent burning.
  7. Let cool completely. Optionally drizzle with melted chocolate or sprinkle with nuts.
