Ingredients

Scale

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup brown sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

1 cup white chocolate chips

  6. Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to drop rounded balls of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake in your preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
