Instructions
- Cook the brown rice according to package instructions, toasting it in sesame oil for added flavor if desired.
- Heat a tablespoon of sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, stirring often.
- Add broccoli florets and sliced carrots to the skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes until the vegetables soften slightly while maintaining crunch.
- Pour in the teriyaki sauce, stirring until everything is coated. Let it simmer on low heat for an additional 3-4 minutes.
