Instructions

  2. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a saucepan until sugar dissolves, then fold into cooled rice.
  3. Slice cucumber, avocado, and fish thinly.
  4. Place nori on bamboo mat, wet hands and spread rice evenly on nori, leaving a 1-inch border.
  5. Add fillings like cucumber, fish, and cream cheese across the rice.
  6. Roll the sushi tightly, sealing the edge with water.
  7. Slice rolls into 8 pieces with a sharp knife.
  8. Serve on a platter with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger.
