Description

Quick and delightful Sugar Cookie Truffles that combine the flavors of sugar cookies with a creamy texture.


Ingredients

  • Sugar Cookie Mix
  • Cream Cheese
  • Vanilla Extract
  • White Chocolate Chips
  • Rainbow Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar cookie mix and cream cheese until firm and pliable.
  2. Stir in the vanilla extract until well incorporated.
  3. Roll small portions of the dough into balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals.
  6. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted white chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
  7. Sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles while the chocolate is still soft.
  8. Refrigerate for an additional 15 minutes to set the chocolate.
