Ingredients

- Cream Cheese

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar cookie mix and cream cheese until firm and pliable.
- Stir in the vanilla extract until well incorporated.
- Roll small portions of the dough into balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals.
- Dip each chilled truffle into the melted white chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles while the chocolate is still soft.
- Refrigerate for an additional 15 minutes to set the chocolate.
