Description

Delightful dessert balls combining strawberries and Oreo cookies for a fun and easy treat.


Ingredients

1 package Oreo Cookies

8 oz Cream Cheese, softened

1 tsp Strawberry Extract

1 package Strawberry Flavored Candy Melts (approx. 12 oz)

1/2 cup Crushed Freeze-Dried Strawberries

Optional: White Chocolate (for drizzle)


Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix crushed Oreos, cream cheese, and strawberry extract until fully combined.
  3. Form the mixture into balls and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Chill balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl.
  6. Dip each ball in the melted candy coating and place back on the baking sheet.
  7. Sprinkle crushed freeze-dried strawberries on top while the coating is wet.
  8. Allow the coating to set at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
