2 cups pretzel snacks
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup whipped topping
2 cups fresh strawberries
1 cup strawberry gelatin
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush the pretzels until fine crumbs. Combine with melted butter and granulated sugar; press into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden, then cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled pretzel crust.
- Dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water, cool slightly, and mix in sliced strawberries. Pour over cream cheese layer.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours to set.
- Cut into squares and serve chilled.
