Description

Delightful mini cheesecake bites bursting with fresh strawberries, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup strawberries, chopped

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/4 cup powdered sugar, for dusting


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into mini muffin tin.
  2. Bake for 5-7 minutes until golden, then cool.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add granulated sugar, sour cream, and vanilla.
  4. Fold in strawberries carefully.
  5. Fill cooled crusts with cheesecake mixture.
  6. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar and enjoy!
