Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick.
- Cut the rolled pastry into 4×4 inch squares.
- Spoon 2 tablespoons of cream cheese filling onto the center of each square, topped with strawberry slices.
- Fold two opposite corners of each square towards the center, pinching to seal the filling.
