Instructions
- Gather Your Ingredients.
- Melt the Butter and Chocolate in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Add the Sweetened Condensed Milk and mix well.
- Incorporate the Dried Rose Petals into the mixture.
- Add the Vanilla Extract and optional Cardamom and nuts, if using.
- Pour the mixture into a lined baking dish and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
