1 package Oreo cookies, crushed
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup Baileys Irish Cream
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup white chocolate melting wafers
Sprinkles or cocoa powder for decoration
Instructions
- In a resealable bag, crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
- In a medium bowl, combine crushed Oreos, softened cream cheese, and Baileys Irish Cream; mix until cohesive.
- Scoop out about one tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball; place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill the cookie balls in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
- Melt chocolate and white chocolate wafers in separate bowls in the microwave.
- Dip chilled cookie balls into melted chocolate, letting excess drip off and place on parchment paper; sprinkle with toppings if desired.
- Allow chocolate to set for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for cream cheese and almond flour for Oreos.
