Description

Indulge in these rich and creamy no-bake cookie balls made with Bailey’s Irish Cream and Oreo cookies, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale

1 package Oreo cookies, crushed

8 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup Baileys Irish Cream

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup white chocolate melting wafers

Sprinkles or cocoa powder for decoration

Instructions

  1. In a resealable bag, crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine crushed Oreos, softened cream cheese, and Baileys Irish Cream; mix until cohesive.
  3. Scoop out about one tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball; place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill the cookie balls in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  5. Melt chocolate and white chocolate wafers in separate bowls in the microwave.
  6. Dip chilled cookie balls into melted chocolate, letting excess drip off and place on parchment paper; sprinkle with toppings if desired.
  7. Allow chocolate to set for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for cream cheese and almond flour for Oreos.
