Description

Decadent and easy-to-make cookie balls with Baileys Irish Cream, perfect for gatherings or a quick treat.


Ingredients

1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs

1 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

1/4 cup cocoa powder (for rolling)


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the vanilla wafer crumbs, powdered sugar, softened cream cheese, and Baileys Irish Cream. Blend until dough-like.
  2. Gently fold in mini chocolate chips and chopped nuts until evenly distributed.
  3. Form mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Once chilled, roll the cookie balls in cocoa powder before serving.
