1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the vanilla wafer crumbs, powdered sugar, softened cream cheese, and Baileys Irish Cream. Blend until dough-like.
- Gently fold in mini chocolate chips and chopped nuts until evenly distributed.
- Form mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Once chilled, roll the cookie balls in cocoa powder before serving.
