Description

A delightful dessert that combines the nostalgia of campfire s’mores with the light, fluffy texture of homemade rolls, perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 1/4 tsp Active Dry Yeast
  • 1 cup Milk (whole or 2%)
  • 1/4 cup Butter (melted)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Mini Marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine warm milk with granulated sugar and active dry yeast. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add melted butter, eggs, and a pinch of salt, mixing well to combine.
  3. Gradually add all-purpose flour and mix until a smooth dough forms.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm area for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out the dough into a rectangle about ½ inch thick.
  6. Spread melted butter over the surface, then an even layer of graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, and marshmallows.
  7. Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 12 pieces.
  8. Place the rolls in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown on top.
  10. Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Drizzle with chocolate or add extra graham cracker crumbs for garnish.

Notes

For a dairy-free option, use coconut oil instead of butter and non-dairy milk alternatives. Consider using whole wheat flour for added fiber.
