- 2 1/4 tsp Active Dry Yeast
- 1 cup Milk (whole or 2%)
- 1/4 cup Butter (melted)
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Mini Marshmallows
- 1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine warm milk with granulated sugar and active dry yeast. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and a pinch of salt, mixing well to combine.
- Gradually add all-purpose flour and mix until a smooth dough forms.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm area for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out the dough into a rectangle about ½ inch thick.
- Spread melted butter over the surface, then an even layer of graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, and marshmallows.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 12 pieces.
- Place the rolls in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown on top.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Drizzle with chocolate or add extra graham cracker crumbs for garnish.
Notes
For a dairy-free option, use coconut oil instead of butter and non-dairy milk alternatives. Consider using whole wheat flour for added fiber.
