Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt)
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • ¼ cup dried fruit (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, cinnamon, ground ginger, and nutmeg.
  2. Add the milk, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract, stirring until well combined.
  3. Fold in the chopped nuts and dried fruit, if using.
  4. Transfer the mixture into mason jars or airtight containers, sealing tightly, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. The next morning, enjoy cold or warm in the microwave with additional toppings if desired.
