Description

Delicate and nutty French Almond Meringue Cookies that are easy to make at home, offering a satisfying crunch and light texture.


Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Whip egg whites at medium speed until soft peaks form (2-3 minutes).
  4. Gradually add sugar, one tablespoon at a time, while beating the egg whites.
  5. Gently fold in almond flour and vanilla extract until just combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and pipe onto the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Add optional toppings as desired.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes until dry and easily lifted from parchment.
  9. Cool in the oven for 30 minutes.
