Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°F (95°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whip egg whites at medium speed until soft peaks form (2-3 minutes).
- Gradually add sugar, one tablespoon at a time, while beating the egg whites.
- Gently fold in almond flour and vanilla extract until just combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and pipe onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Add optional toppings as desired.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until dry and easily lifted from parchment.
- Cool in the oven for 30 minutes.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
