Ingredients

Oreo Cookies (20-24 cookies)

White Chocolate Chips (2 cups)

Milk Chocolate Chips (2 cups)

Sprinkles (optional)

Vegetable Shortening (1 tablespoon, optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. Melt the Chocolate: Combine white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and melt in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  3. Mix in the Oreos: Crush Oreo cookies into large pieces and stir them into the melted white chocolate until well-coated.
  4. Spread the Mixture: Pour the mixture onto the lined baking sheet and spread it evenly to create a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
  5. Add the Milk Chocolate Layer: Melt milk chocolate chips and drizzle over the white chocolate-Oreo layer.
  6. Add Sprinkles: While chocolate is warm, sprinkle toppings over the top.
  7. Chill to Set: Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until firm.
  8. Break into Pieces: Once set, break the bark into irregular pieces.
