- 4 egg yolks

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Beat with an electric mixer for about 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg yolks and vanilla extract, and beat until fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour and salt, then gradually mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Using a piping bag with a star-shaped nozzle or a cookie scoop, shape the dough on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the edges are light golden brown.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
Notes
Use room temperature butter for best texture. Store in an airtight container at room temperature to maintain freshness.
