Description

Delightfully whimsical cheesecake bombs with a crispy exterior and a creamy filling, all wrapped in cotton candy.

Ingredients

Scale

8 oz cream cheese

1 cup sour cream

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 large eggs

1/2 cup butter

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1 cup cotton candy

Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth.
  2. Fold in the Eggs: Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  3. Bake the Cheesecake Filling: Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Pour filling into a greased baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until set. Chill for 2 hours.
  4. Shape the Bombs: Scoop out chilled filling and roll into balls. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  5. Prepare the Crispy Coating: Melt butter and dip each cheesecake ball into it, then roll in graham cracker crumbs.
  6. Coat with Cotton Candy: Wrap each bomb in cotton candy for a whimsical finish.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Wrap cotton candy around the bombs just before serving to maintain fluffiness.
