Jumbo Pasta Shells
Cream Cheese

Instructions
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.
- In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan, chopped shrimp, crab meat, minced garlic, and fresh spinach. Mix until well combined. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Using a tablespoon, stuff each jumbo shell with the seafood mixture, packing it in firmly.
- In a saucepan, combine heavy cream with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning over medium heat. Stir until heated, avoiding boiling.
- Spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Arrange the stuffed shells in a single layer and pour the remaining sauce over the shells.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with extra Parmesan or fresh herbs before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute cream cheese with Greek yogurt and use whole wheat shells for increased fiber. Serve with lemon wedges, garlic bread, or a side salad.
