Ingredients

Jumbo Pasta Shells

Cream Cheese

Grated Parmesan Cheese

Shrimp

Crab Meat

Garlic

Spinach

Heavy Cream

Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.
  2. In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan, chopped shrimp, crab meat, minced garlic, and fresh spinach. Mix until well combined. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Using a tablespoon, stuff each jumbo shell with the seafood mixture, packing it in firmly.
  4. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning over medium heat. Stir until heated, avoiding boiling.
  5. Spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Arrange the stuffed shells in a single layer and pour the remaining sauce over the shells.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with extra Parmesan or fresh herbs before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute cream cheese with Greek yogurt and use whole wheat shells for increased fiber. Serve with lemon wedges, garlic bread, or a side salad.
