Instructions

  3. Add the granulated sugar, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract; mix until fluffy.
  4. Incorporate the eggs, one at a time, making sure each is blended well.

  6. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  7. Drop rounded mounds of dough onto the prepared baking sheets and roll tops in powdered sugar.
