- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 tsp Ground Coriander

- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Tahini
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, mix olive oil, yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Marinate the Chicken: Coat chicken thighs in the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
- Preheat Your Grill or Oven: Heat the grill to medium-high or preheat the oven to broil with a lined baking sheet.
- Cook the Chicken: Grill for 6-7 minutes per side or broil for 20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Rest and Slice: Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes and then slice into thin strips.
- Make the Garlic Sauce: Whisk tahini, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt together, adjusting the consistency with water.
