Description

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken Thighs
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp Ground Coriander
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Tahini

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, mix olive oil, yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Coat chicken thighs in the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  3. Preheat Your Grill or Oven: Heat the grill to medium-high or preheat the oven to broil with a lined baking sheet.
  4. Cook the Chicken: Grill for 6-7 minutes per side or broil for 20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Rest and Slice: Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes and then slice into thin strips.
  6. Make the Garlic Sauce: Whisk tahini, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt together, adjusting the consistency with water.
