Ingredients

1 lb ground chicken

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

1 egg

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 cup mozzarella cheese

Toppings of your choice (e.g., pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
  3. On a lined baking sheet, spread the mixture into a flat, pizza-shaped crust about ½ inch thick.
  4. Bake the crust for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and firm.
  5. Remove from oven, add sauce and cheese, and your desired toppings.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
