- 1 ¾ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup melted butter (or coconut oil for dairy-free)
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk (or coconut cream for dairy-free)
- 1 ½ cups unsweetened coconut flakes (or sweetened for a sweeter touch)
- 1 cup chopped cherries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (or dark chocolate chips)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish to form a crust.
- Evenly pour the sweetened condensed milk over the crust.
- Sprinkle the coconut flakes, chopped cherries, and chocolate chips over the condensed milk layer.
- Bake for about 25 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
- Cut into squares or bars and serve.
