Ingredients

Scale

1 cup dried cherries, chopped

1/2 cup bourbon

1 cup powdered sugar (plus extra for coating)

1 cup graham cracker crumbs (or almond flour for gluten-free)

1/2 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts)

1 tsp vanilla extract (or maple extract)

1/4 cup butter (or coconut oil for dairy-free)

Instructions

  1. Start by chopping the dried cherries into small pieces.
  2. Measure out all your ingredients to streamline your cooking process.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the chopped cherries, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, chopped pecans, and bourbon. Mix until well combined.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  5. Once chilled, scoop the mixture and roll into small, bite-sized balls.
  6. Roll each ball in additional powdered sugar to coat.
  7. Place back in the fridge and chill for another hour to set.
