Ingredients

2 large potatoes, peeled and grated
1 cup lean ground beef
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 large egg
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup flour
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Peel and grate the potatoes, then squeeze out excess moisture using a kitchen towel.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix together grated potatoes, cooked beef, cheese, garlic, onion, egg, and flour.
- Form the mixture into patties using a 1/4-cup measuring cup.
- Cook the patties in a hot skillet with oil for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
Notes
For gluten-free, use almond flour or coconut flour. Substitute with ground turkey or dairy-free cheese as needed.
