- Puff Pastry

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and score a 1/2-inch border around each square.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté sliced onions for 15-20 minutes until caramelized. Deglaze with balsamic vinegar, then add thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the caramelized onion mixture on the puff pastry and crumble goat cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serve warm or at room temperature.
