1 wheel of Brie cheese
1/2 cup cranberry sauce
1 sheet of puff pastry
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary or thyme
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Thaw the puff pastry according to package instructions, roll it out, and cut into 2-inch squares.
- On a lined baking sheet, place a puff pastry square, add a small piece of brie, a teaspoon of cranberry sauce, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle chopped herbs.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling, pinch seams to seal.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown and puffed.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
