Ingredients

Whole Wheat Bagels

Cucumber

Cottage Cheese

Dill

Garlic Powder

Salt

Pepper

Lemon Juice


Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Wash and thinly slice the cucumber.
  3. In a small bowl, combine cottage cheese, lemon juice, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Slice the whole wheat bagels in half and spread a generous amount of the cottage cheese mixture on each half. Layer cucumber slices over the cottage cheese.
  5. Drizzle more lemon juice or sprinkle additional dill on top of the cucumbers as desired.
  6. Place the top half of the bagel over the cucumbers to complete the wrap and slice in half for easier handling.
