  • 1 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed preferred)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free alternative)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the milk, melted butter, sugar, and eggs. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract and lemon juice gently.
  4. Sift in the all-purpose flour, mixing until there are no lumps.
  5. Grease a pie dish lightly and pour the batter into it.
  6. Place the pie in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
