Delicious and easy-to-make air fryer ranch mushrooms that elevate your dish with rich flavor and satisfying texture.


Ingredients

1 pound Baby Bella Mushrooms

2 tablespoons Olive Oil

1 tablespoon Ranch Seasoning

3 cloves Garlic, minced

Salt, to taste

Pepper, to taste

Parmesan Cheese (optional)

Fresh Parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Clean the baby bella mushrooms by rinsing them under cold water and patting them dry.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, ranch seasoning, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the cleaned mushrooms to the bowl and toss gently until fully coated.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Place the coated mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer and air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. If using, sprinkle parmesan cheese over the mushrooms in the last minute of cooking. Remove and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze cooked mushrooms for up to a month.
