Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease an 8-inch round cake pan with cooking spray or butter.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until fully blended.
- Add the yogurt to the egg mixture and stir until smooth.
- Gradually mix in the sugar until completely dissolved.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
